BRIDAL ONLY 

BRIDAL TRIALS: With very rare exception, bridal trials/previews are required to book your wedding date. Bridal trials alone do not save your wedding date. Only a signed contract for services and a 50% retainer will save your wedding date. 

TRAVEL: Travel fees apply at a rate of $0.75 per mile (round trip) from zip code 22315. Tolls and parking fees must also be reimbursed. Venues over a two hours from the RCD Artistry home studio may require hotel accommodations the night before the wedding. Please inquire about destination weddings as we are willing to travel all over the US and abroad for your big day! 

ADDITIONAL ARTIST: If you have a large party (more than 5 services) or a restricted timeline for getting ready there is an option to hire an additional artist at a rate of $200.

BOOKING: A signed contract and retainer are required to save any date/appointments. Only signed contracts secure rates. Rates are subject to change without notice until bookings are secured.

RETAINERS: Non-refundable and non-transferable retainer of 50% is due at the time of booking. 

PAYMENTS: Payments for all services are due no later than two business days prior to services being rendered.

EARLY START: For bookings requiring artists to begin before 8am, including travel, there will be a charge of $50 per hour. 

HOLIDAY FEE: For bookings on holidays or over holiday weekends, a convenience fee will apply. Rates depend on the holiday so please inquire. 

RCD Artistry services the DC Metro, northern Virginia, and southern Maryland areas, within one hour from the RCD Artistry home studio. Any location outside of an hour's commute, including Annapolis, Baltimore, Fredericksburg, and Leesburg will be subject to a travel fee. Exact travel fees will be provided for all inquiries requesting travel. 

A MESSAGE FOR MILITARY CLIENTELE

Rachel, the owner and lead artist of RCD Artistry, is an active duty Air Force officer and her husband also served in the Air Force. It is important to her that her small business not only serve the military client, but to do so with compassion and understanding. The military lifestyle often brings challenge and change upon families quickly and elopements or civil ceremonies may be necessary before orders can be generated. Rachel and her team are here to serve the military community with poise and authenticity as she understands that while these ceremonies can be small, they are just as cherished. RCD Artistry doesn't want you to have to cut makeup from your budget. Please inquire about discounts for makeup services as a thank you for your service!
